To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

At Primora Gifts, we work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment in real-time.

🔎 How To Track Your Order

1. Through Your Account Dashboard

  • Login to your account on the Primora Gifts website
  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Select the order you want to track
  • Click on the Track Order button
  • You will be able to view the latest shipment status and tracking information

2. Through Email / WhatsApp Notification

Once your order is dispatched:

  • Tracking details and AWB number will be shared via:
    • Email
    • SMS
    • WhatsApp (if applicable)

Please check:

  • Inbox
  • Spam/Junk folder
  • Promotions tab (in Gmail)

if you do not find the tracking message.

3. Through Courier Partner Website

You can also track your shipment directly:

  • Copy your AWB / Tracking Number
  • Visit the courier partner’s tracking page
  • Enter the tracking number to view live shipment updates

  • Shiprocket
  • India Post (where applicable)

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 24–48 working hours

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–8 working days
  • Remote Areas: May require additional delivery time

Customized and bulk corporate orders may take additional production and dispatch time depending on the order requirements.

  3. Wait up to 24 hours after dispatch confirmation
